Do I have to be at home for the delivery?
No. We do require a designated place to hang your order and provide you with a wreath hanger to put on your front door for that purpose on your pickup and delivery days.
How do I request an alteration or mark a stain?
Simply put a note in your name tag pouch with the information and instructions. A handy way to bring a stain to our attention is to mark it with a simple piece of masking tape. We will contact you if we have questions.
Do I have to mark every stain?
No. Our dry cleaning professionals inspect each item before cleaning. However, any information you provide as to the source of the stain (i.e. spaghetti sauce, red wine, etc.) will improve our ability to remove the stain. You can even write it on the masking tape.
Are there a minimum number of items required per order?
No. We drive through your neighborhood each week on your pick up day and will process your order regardless of the number of items.
What if I will be out of town on my scheduled delivery day?
Simply give us a call and we will hold your finished order until you return.
What if I have more clothes than will fit in my bag?
Simply put any extra clothes or household items in a plastic bag marked with your name and phone number and leave with your laundry bag. If you need additional permanent laundry bags, please let us know and we’ll be happy to provide one.
What do I do if I have a problem with my order after the clothes are returned?
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. Please contact us immediately so we can address your concern and re-clean the item, at no charge, if necessary.
What if I forget to place the bag out before the pick up time?
Call us as soon as you realize you missed the pick up or if you think we failed to notice your bag. If we are still in the area we can likely get it picked up and delivered on your regular schedule. If not, we can normally work out an alternate schedule for that week.
How do I pay for my dry cleaning?
Each order is delivered with a detailed invoice attached. Statements are sent out monthly and you have the option of sending a check, using your online bill pay, or setting up your account to be automatically charged to your credit card each month. We do require a valid Visa or MasterCard number to keep on file at the time of account set up.
What is the cost of the pick up and delivery service?
There is no charge for pick up and delivery! It’s Free! There are no contracts to sign either!
